Be careful if you plan on buying a hoverboard this year for Christmas. There are a lot of knockoff and cheap versions out there that can lead to some awful situations like this.
A Louisiana mother said after only one ride, her son’s hoverboard started “to shoot sparks” while charging and “within minutes the entire room was in flames.”
