Rein said that a suspect who was “apprehended within the residence hall within 10 minutes.”
According to police radio transmissions, authorities located a “third victim” in room #315, who turned out to resemble the suspect description.
Rein said that the investigation is “very active” and that “it’s unknown” whether the victims or suspect are Rutgers students.
