Her Closet Boston Opens First Storefront

Boston College, Northeastern, and Boston University students should stop by 234 Harvard Street in Coolidge Corner, Brookline, MA to check out entrepreneur Hilary Marino’s first HCB – Her Closet Boston - storefront, and get a 10% student discount.

The 500-square foot location is meant to physically bring life to the goals that Marino had set forth with her young, online shopping firm. “We’re surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood,” Marino lamented, “with yoga studios, barre classes, and great restaurants, but I couldn’t find a women’s boutique that met my needs.” The store’s goal is to provide not just accessible prices in women’s fashion, but to allow comfort while you find your high-style clothing. (Yes, with plush chairs, chandeliers, and oversized mirrors, it is supposedly like you’re shopping in your best friend’s closet.)

Marino says that you should look for “chunky, soft knits, crop top skirt sets, long sleeved rompers, accessories made from rough cut crystals, affordable denims, and wallets and clutches in deep jewel tones” this fall at HCB. Plus, you should be able to get any item for under $60.
