2. Dessert or Nah?
The dessert station is a dangerous place to look at, let alone walk by it. It’s stacked with the classic oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip cookies, gooey brownies, marshmallow-covered rice krispies, and even some angel food cake drizzled with strawberries. If it’s a cheat day, it’s okay to stop on by. If you’re working on dropping a few pounds, this is not the place to be.
