The driver, Lembeck, has been charged with a DUI and possession of alcohol under the legal age, and now faces felony burglary charges. Gross was charged with open container, possession of alcohol under the legal age, and now faces felony burglary charges. Ryan was charged with possession of alcohol under the legal age and is now facing felony burglary charges.
