Make sure that your intentions are in the right place when you leave. If you think the party scene will be better, you and your boyfriend or girlfriend just broke up, or you can’t stand your parents for another second, you probably need to reconsider. If you’re running from something or if you’re running to something that could easily get out of control, make sure that you’re considering what could go wrong.
