4. How much do you rely on your mom?
If your parents still do your laundry, pay your bills, and clean your room, you’re most likely not independent enough to book flights across the country all alone. Becoming a college student in general requires doing lots of things independently, but if your mom is states away from your beck and call, the transition will be too stressful for you.
