Rutgers Zeta Tau Alpha has proved themselves to be a top house on campus yet again. Their 2016 recruitment video features clips of their beautiful sisters “throwing the crown” all over the world, from Cinderella’s Castle in Disney World to London’s Big Ben. The video is filled with genuine moments of laughter and the girls having fun with one another, which makes their sisterhood truly irresistible. It goes without saying that the bond that these girls share is unshakable. “The second I got my bid my life was changed. I was at the house all the time and had such agreat experience. I wanted to show potential new members a story,” recalls Daniela Roeill, Zeta Tau Alpha’s secretary and creative genius behind the video. Roeill began filming as early as summer 2015, in order to add visual depth to the video with interesting locations and fully encompass the everlasting bonds of their sisterhood. She states, “Everybody is always smiling, dancing around, hugging each other, eating [we love food], and just having a good time” whichallowed her to easily capture authentic moments without prompting anyone. “I love our sisterhood because of how supportive, hard working and caring everybody is” she gushed. Rutgers ZTA prides themselves in their sisterhood of well-rounded individuals. With the highest ranking GPAs on campus, “the Zetas” have beauty and brains. Many sisters have interned with successful companies like HBO, Chanel, and numerous Fortune 500 companies. This past November, the girls truly made a difference by raising a record-breaking $50,000 for Sigma Chi’s Derby Days, an event which donates its proceeds to Children’s Miracle Network. Another triumph of Zeta’s was their annual “Big Man On Campus” male beauty pageant fundraiser, which donated thousands of dollars to their breast cancer education and awareness cause. ZTA looks forward to welcoming their newest siZTAs on Monday. They hope that the new pledge class will continue their legacy of endless laughter, memory making, and excessive pizza eating.
