11. We are bad at taking jokes
Yes, we do have a sense of humor, but sometimes we have trouble taking jokes. Sensitive people are bothered by comments that wouldn’t effect a lot of people. You do not have to walk on egg shells, but try to watch your language around a sensitive person.
10. We forgive, but never forget
Sensitive people have the gift of remembering their emotions very thoroughly. We can go back into our memories and pull out a sad one and relive it to almost the same intensity as we experienced it. If you ever hurt us in the past, we will forgive you, but we will never forget what you did.
9. We don’t like to be ignored
This is probably to say for the whole world but especially for those whom are sensitive. When somebody repetitively does not answer our calls and texts, we feel upset. Like it was said above, we overthink almost every encounter we had with them to make sure that we did not do anything wrong. Humans long to belong and fit in; they do not want to feel disregarded.
