University Of Michigan Does Not Want Students To Party Hardy

University of Michigan is not only known for their stellar academics, but for their partying antics as well. They actually recently placed second in our “Top 75 Colleges With The Overall Best Quality Of Life” (Read the ranking list here!). Every college student’s dream is to not have any Friday classes, and lots of University of Michigan students get to live that dream because University of Michigan is notorious for their four day school weeks with minimal Friday classes. The university believes that scheduling more Friday classes will reduce drinking as well as the party school image.

In reality though, what type of difference would this make? Many students in college drink and party; I mean, that is the harsh reality of college life.

So, students…Do you think that adding Friday classes would reduce University of Michigan’s reputation of a party school? Or, is it an useless measure? Sound off in the comments below!
