News outlets grabbed hold of this “scandal”, filling their nightly segments with talk of a red cup. Instead of educating us on stories that matter, we got to hear 60 whole minutes of boycotts, war, and Christmas carols.
Things are happening in the world around us, and as a matter of fact, important things. There are plenty of things to argue about; a red cup probably shouldn’t be on the list.
