6. Stop comparing yourself to others- Stop comparing yourself to famous people, models, people on magazine covers, etc. just be you, because you’re amazing. Being normal is overrated! Stop trying to compare yourself and be like someone else, when you can be you!

5. Accept your own feelings- Listen to what you’re feeling and don’t be negative about it. Think of reasons why you’re feeling the way you are, and fix em up a bit! Figure out what you can do to fix these feelings and acknowledge them, don’t ignore them.

4. Believe that nothing is what it seems- Don’t believe everything you hear. Basing your life off of others is not right, you should be living through your own life, not someone else’s. Don’t be so quick to assume things about other people and hop on the bandwagon, be yourself!
