Needing someone and missing them are two different things. You can love someone with all of your heart but not want them in your life because of the emotional trauma they bring along as baggage. Don’t lose yourself in the process of trying to hold onto someone so tightly because people are good at escaping our grips. Let them go, you don’t need them.

7. There is not always a way to please everyone, and sometimes it’ll result in hurting someone’s feelings. They’ll move past it.

Living your life trying not to hurt anyone’s feelings and trying to please everyone will just result in driving you mad. There is no way to keep every person in your life happy at all times, and sometimes sacrifices need to be made to better the situation overall. Your true friends and people who love you will get past it and understand that not everything can always go the way they wish they did. Make your decisions based off of what you want or what will be best for most people involved.
