6. Take an hour each day to do some things you enjoy. Whether it be playing guitar, working out, dancing, writing stories, reading, biking…let yourself do it to clear your mind.

5. See a counselor or therapist, especially if your school offers it for free. It can be a little uncomfortable if people know, sure, but you’re learning skills that can help you for the rest of your life. You can learn how to deal with stress, anxiety, etc.

4. Talk to your friends about it. Don’t be a complainer, but talk to them and ask for advice. Ask to study together, for them to remind you to study, and for them to keep you accountable in whatever you’re going through.
