4) Do stay away from drugs.
Be above the influence. Don’t let anyone influence you to do drugs, especially if you have never done them. To some people it’s cool, but don’t give into peer pressure.

When you leave your home before going out, make sure your phone is on 100%, or very close. You never know how much you’ll need it, or if you are stuck in an emergency situation.

Always have your group with you when you leave a party. The abandoned streets at night can be very dangerous, and scary. Make sure you have at least one other person to walk home with, or have someone pick you up. Don’t be shy to call a friend or family member, it is better to be safe than sorry.

The main reason to go out to parties is to have fun, meet people, and enjoy yourself. Don’t forget to enjoy a bit of the party scene while you are out. Most nights you are stuck working or studying, so enjoy your weekend break!
