Green tea was discovered around 600 BC in China and now today it is one of the most popular drinks among health fanatics. The reason why Green tea is admired in the health community is because of all the positive benefits it gives your body with no repercussions. The feeling after one cup of this extravagant beverage leaves you feeling relaxed, alert, and ready for the day.

1st: Helps Burn Fat: An organic chemical called polyphenol is an ingredient in Green tea which is a strong antioxidant. This chemical helps speed up your metabolism which helps you burn fat faster by helping your body with fat oxidation.

2nd: Helps Reduce Disease and Cancer- Green tea helps control the amount of glucose which keeps the rise of blood at a moderate level after eating which is beneficial for prevention of diabetes. Green tea also helps control the bad cholesterol in your body by increasing the antioxidant capability in the blood. This process helps prevent heart diseases and stroke. Another study showed that women who drank Green tea were 22% lower risk of getting breast cancer.

3rd: Improves Dental Health- The main bacteria that causes dental problems is called Streptococcus mutans.
