I thoroughly enjoyed living with my roommates (you know who you are!) and some of them are still my very good friends. In the same way I believe growing up with siblings versus no siblings changes you, having roommates in college versus a single can affect your life as well.
And now for the future…I don’t think I’ll want a roommate ever again. As in, sharing a bedroom with 2 beds and spending 24/7 with them and trying to work out sleeping schedules. I think it was a good, classic college experience but I have more freedom now and I’m learning compromise and patience from other experiences. Also, if I ever want to sing obnoxiously to my favorite song or marathon Friends all weekend, I won’t be judged. Hopefully.
