1. The World Doesn’t Revolve Around Me: Never would I have recognized this thought process on my own. Somehow, in an unconscious way, I would live my life as if everyone and everything had to work around me, my schedule, and my want. You (probably) do that as well. Here’s an idea, realize it and destroy it now because it will only be more shocking later on. Humility and independence go a long way, and you will need them both in college.
